Shared Ownership Mortgages

You may have a smaller deposit than you need to buy a property outright and feel that your only option is to continue to rent a property; Shared Ownership could be a great option for you!

Shared ownership schemes allow you to purchase a share of a property for example 25%-85% and rent the rest of the property from a Housing Association.
